On the occasion of Kranti Diwas on May 9, 2026, Darshan Academy, Meerut, organized an educational visit to Shaheed Smarak and its museum. A group of 25 students, accompanied by 3 teachers, explored the historical significance of the Revolt of 1857 and Meerut’s important role in India’s freedom struggle.
Students observed historical artifacts, photographs, and documents related to the sacrifices of freedom fighters. The visit became more enriching through informative addresses by the District Magistrate and professors present at the event, who inspired students with thoughts on patriotism and national responsibility. The experience proved to be both educational and deeply meaningful for the students.
