Darshan Academy, Meerut, celebrated the 162nd birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore on May 6, 2023, to commemorate his outstanding work in culture, literature and poetry. A Special Assembly was conducted by the students of classes VIII to X. The celebration began with a prayer song and thoughts about cherishing the legacy of Shri Rabindranath Tagore. Students shared some inspirational quotes by Tagore, narrated his biography, presented a speech, recited poems and conducted a short quiz. The special assembly concluded with the National Anthem.
